Crab Salad Supreme
2 cups crabmeat, fresh (can use canned, drained well)
1/2 cup minced green onions
1/2 cup small diced celery
1/2 cup minced green pepper
1 tblspn dry mustard
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 tspn kosher salt
1/4 tspn Fresh cracked black pepper
2 tspns celery seed
Shredded lettuce
4 lg. hard-cooked eggs -- sliced
4 tomatoes -- cut into wedges
***SAUCE***
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup chili sauce
2 tspns lemon juice
Combine first nine ingredients.
Combine sauce ingredients: pour over salad and toss.
Spoon onto lettuce on individual plates or a serving platter; garnish with eggs and tomatoes. Refrigerate until serving.
Yield: 4-6 servings.
