Chiffon Waffles


2 eggs
1 cup milk
2 1/3 cups Bisquick®
2 Tbsps sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil or melted shortening

Beat eggs with a rotary beater until soft peaks form. Blend in milk. Add Bisquick® and sugar. Mix just until thoroughly dampened. Fold in oil. Spoon onto a heated waffle iron. Bake until steaming stops and waffles are a golden brown. Serve hot with Cherry Sauce. Makes three 9 inch waffles.
