Cheeseroni

Yield: 3 servings

2 c Elbow macaroni, uncooked
1 lb Ground beef
1 cn Tomato soup
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
3/4 Chopped green pepper
2 c Cubed Colby cheese
1 sm Can French fried onion rings

Cook macaroni; drain. Set aside. Brown ground beef; drain. Stir in soups, green pepper and macaroni. Pour half of mixture into greased 2 quart baking dish. Top with 1 cup cheese. Top with remaining mixture and cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with onion rings and bake 10 minutes more.
