Bloody Mary Mix
6 cups tomato juice
3 T. prepared horseradish
1 to 2 t. Tabasco sauce
2 t. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Vodka
Celery stalks
Mix all ingredients except vodka and celery stalks in a 2 quart container. Mix well and chill. For each serving, pour 1 1/2 oz. vodka over crushed ice in a tall glass. Add 1 cup bloody Mary mix, stir well and garnish with celery stalk.
