1 ripe banana, sliced
1 (12 oz.) can frozen pineapple juice concentrate
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
4 cups lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage (7-UP, Sprite)

In food processor bowl with metal blade or blender container, combine
banana,
pineapple juice concentrate and orange juice concentrate. Cover; process
until smooth. Pour into nonmetal shallow dish. Cover; freeze at least five
hours or until firm.

To serve, spoon slush mixture into large pitcher or bowl. Add carbonated
beverage; stir with wire whisk until slushy.
Ladle into glasses.

Yield: 16 (1/2 cup) servings
