Cafe Mocha Mix
1 cup hot cocoa mix (dry)
1 cup instant vanilla or hazelnut coffee (dry)
1 cup nondairy creamer (dry)
1. Layer cocoa mix, coffee and creamer in equal amounts in clear glass
containers in as many layers as you desire.
2. Stir mix before using. For each serving, stir 3 level tablespoons mix into 8
ounces hot water. Serve hot.
Makes 3 cups mix.
