Breakfast Blender Drink

1 cup skim milk
1/2 banana -- frozen and sliced
3 tablespoons wheat germ
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

(To freeze a banana, peel and place in a zip-top bag.
Place in freezer for at least 8 hours.)

Place all ingredients in blender.

Blend until smooth and creamy.
