Patriotic Parfaits

2 cups boiling water 1 pkg. (8-serving size) or 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Brand Berry Blue Flavor Gelatin 2 cups cold water 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided 1 cup strawberries, halved STIR boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Pour into 9 parfait or dessert glasses. REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until firm. SPOON 2 cups of the whipped topping over gelatin. Top with strawberries and remaining whipped topping
