Skordalia (Greek Garlic sauce/dip) (food processor version)

1 entire head garlic, cloves peeled 2 cups boiled potatoes, mashed 4 large slices french bread, crusts off, moistened and the water squeezed out 1/3 cup vinegar 1/2 cup olive oil Salt (to taste) Put garlic in food processor and puree. Add potatoes and bread a bit at a time drizzling oil and vinegar in with salt until completely pureed.
