• 1 lb ground chicken
• 1 Tbsp chopped ginger
• 1 tsp garlic chopped
• 1 egg
• 1/2-3/4 cup bread crumbs
• 2 Tbsp hoisin sauce
• 1 Tbsp orange juice concentrate
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
• 2 tsp low sodium soy sauce
• 2 Tbsp chopped scallions
•
• Dipping sauce:
• 1 Tbsp soy
• 1 Tbsp orange juice concentrate
• 2 Tbsp hoisin sauce
• 1 Tbsp duck sauce
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• 1 scallion, chopped
Method:
Mix all ingredients together. Form into 1-2 inch patties like crab
cakes and brown in saute pan on each side in a lightly oiled skillet.
Finish in oven at 350 degrees F until chicken patties are thoroughly
cooked and no longer pink in the middle (approx 10 minutes). Mix all
ingredients for dipping sauce.
