• 1 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
• 1 cup sour cream
• 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
• 2 tsp garlic salt
• 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp dry mustard
• 2 tsp lemon juice
• 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1 tsp lemon pepper
• 1 tsp celery salt
• 2 green onions, chopped
• 1 lbs crab meat, cleaned and cooked
• 2 cans artichoke hearts 14 oz, drained and finely chopped
Method:
In a 4 qt mixing bowl add the first 11 ingredients together and mix
until well blended. Fold in the crab meat and artichoke hearts. Pour
into a buttered baking dish (2-3 cup size). Preheat oven to 375
degrees. Bake for 30 minutes, until bubbly and crusty.
Notes:
This is a great appetizer for any occation. It can be made ahead of
time, and heated before the party. Serve with crackers or small toast.
