Beer Dip

1 (8-12 oz.) Wispride soft cheddar & onion or soft cheddar or 1 (12 oz.) container whipped cream cheese 1/2 - 1 c. beer 1 slice onion, minced 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. dried mustard Beat until well mixed and fluffy. Serve in loaf of bread (rye) using center to dip. Also can use vegetables.
