3/4 cup vegetable oil*
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup white vinegar*
2 cloves garlic, pressed
4 tbsp cottage cheese
3 tbsp blue cheese, crumbled
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt (or to taste)
Place all ingredients in a blender and combine.
*If the dressing is too thick, add more oil and vinegar.
Use as a salad dressing or as a dip for vegetables.
