Beef And Spinach Dip

1 pound lean ground beef 1 small onion chopped 1 8 ounce package cream cheese softened 2 9 ounce packages creamed spinach thawed 1 teaspoon hot sauce 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/3 cup refrigerated shredded Parmesan cheese Cook beef and onion in a large skillet stirring until beef crumbles and is no longer pink. Drain. Stir in cream cheese and next three ingredients and cook over low heat stirring often until cream cheese melts. Sprinkle with parmesan. Serve with tortilla chips.
