Mayonnaise
1 (16 oz.) can garbanzo beans (chick peas), drained
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp. salt
In food processor combine all ingredients. Process 1 minute or until
smooth, scraping bowl twice.
