Bean and Garlic Dip

2 Cups Pinto Beans -- * see note 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise 1 Clove Garlic -- minced 1 1/2 Teaspoons Red Chiles; Ground 1/4 Teaspoon Salt Pepper -- to taste * Pinto beans can be home cooked or canned. Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips
