Chick Pea Dip - Hummus

1 (1 lb.) can chick peas, drained 1/4 c. vegetable oil 3 tbsp. lemon juice 1 lg. or 2 sm. cloves of garlic Salt and pepper to taste Put all ingredients into blender. Blend on high speed until smooth. Chill in serving dish. Serve with raw vegetables.
