1 7 1/2 to 8 oz can minced clams, drained, liquid reserved
8 oz cream cheese, soft
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs grated onion
1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
fresh parsley sprig, lemon crescent for garnish
in a med bow. combine all ingredients except for the clam liquid and
garnish, and mix. cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to blend
flavors. if too thick, add just enough of the clam liquid to thin,
garnish with parsley sprigs and lemon crescent.
