Blue Ribbon Dip

8 oz blue cheese, crumbled 2 clovs garlic, crushed 1/2 c. olive oil 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 c. chopped red onion 1/2 c. minced fresh parsley 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper Comgine all the ingredients in a medium bowl and psread into shallow serve dish. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 2 days. Serve with baguetter slices, crackers, or freash veggies.
