Rotel Cream Cheese Dip

1 small onion -- minced 2 tablespoons butter 1 can Rotel Tomatoes with green chilies 1 package cream cheese -- (8 oz) Salt and pepper -- to taste Sauté onions in butter. Add remaining ingredients and stir until heated through and cheese is melted. Serve with Scoops or tortilla chips.
