Avocado Bleu Cheese Dip

2 Tbsp. lemn juice 1 soft, ripe avocado, peeled and cut 1 small onion, cut up some 1/4 c. cream Dash of salt 1 tsp. celery seed 3 drops Tabasco sauce (or to taste) 4 oz. soft cream cheese 2 oz. soft bleu cheese Put lemon juice in blender. Add avocado and onion. The add cream and seasoning. Push down with rubber scraper, cover, blend on low, add cream cheese in chunks. Blend on low, then high until smooth. Add bleu cheese in chunks, cover. Blend on low, then high until mixture is smooth. Chill, serve with crackers, corn chips or potato chips.
