2 cans minced or chopped clams (retain the liquid of 1 can)
1 med. onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 stick butter
Saute onion and garlic in butter until soft. In a separate dish, mix
together:
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1 sm. Mozzarella cheese, diced & cubed
Add onion and garlic mixture, clams and juice. Mix well. Bake at 350
degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
