2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup crumbled sautéed bacon
2 TB prepared horseradish sauce
2 TB fresh chives, chopped
Wheat Thins snack crackers
Place cheese, sour cream, bacon, horseradish sauce and chives in a large bowl; mix until smooth.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
Serve as a spread with crackers.
