11 ounces crabmeat or imitation crabmeat
3-1/2 Tbs. onions, finely chopped
2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. soy or vegetable oil
2 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. water
1/3 cup cider vinegar or lemon juice
2 tsp. fresh parsley or dill
2 tsp. seafood seasoning
1/8 tsp. salt (optional)
Combine crabmeat and onion. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over crabmeat mixture.
Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours before using.
