Cheesey Bread Dip

Two round loaves of sourdough bread about 8" in diameter 12 oz block of cream cheese at room temperature 1 cup sour cream 1 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese 1 cup finely chopped ham 1/4 cup finely chopped onion 1 clove garlic minced 2 tablespoons of Worchestershire Sauce dash of hot sauce or chili pepper Optional: chopped pimentos and/or chopped jalapeno peppers, shakes of red pepper or cajun seasoning to taste Slice a "lid" off the loaf of bread and carefully cut out the insides, leaving a shell intact. Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl. Put dip mixture into the two loaves and replace the lid. Wrap in a double layer of aluminum foil and freeze. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Serve with veggies and crackes. Especially good with Triscuits and celery.
