1 package pepperoni (3.5 oz.), finely chopped
2 cups pizza cheese (8 oz.), shredded
3/4 cup Pitted Kalamata Olives
2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup scallions, white and light green portion, finely chopped
Preheat oven to 375. Mix all ingredients together and place in a 8 x 8" buttered glass baking dish. Place in oven
and bake for 20 minutes or until mixture is bubbly and slightly browned on top.
Serve with pepperoni crisps, bite size white tortilla chips or thin wheat crackers for dipping.
