2 cups (456 g) plain low-fat yogurt, drained
1 16-ounce (480 g) carton small-curd, low-fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup (32 g) chopped fresh dill
1 tablespoon (15 ml) grated onion
salt (optional) and freshly ground pepper to taste
In a large bowl, combine yogurt, cottage cheese, dill, and onion. Season with salt (if using) and pepper. Cover
and chill until ready to serve.
Transfer to a serving bowl and serve alongside the arrangement of crudités.
