Creamy Shrimp Dip

2 (4-ounce) cans baby shrimp, drained and chopped 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup chili sauce 1/4 cup chopped celery 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish Blend all ingredients together with mixer at medium speed until well blended. Cover; refrigerate until serving time. Serve as a dip with crackers.
