Macaroni, Cheese and Tomatoes

2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked 1 (14 oz) can stewed tomatoes with liquid 1 (8 oz) pkg shredded cheddar cheese 2 T sugar 1 (6 oz) pkg cheese slices Cook macaroni according to package directions and drain. In a large mixing bowl, combine macaroni, tomatoes, shredded cheese, sugar, 1/4 cup water and a little salt and mix well. Pour into a 13x9-inch baking dish and place cheese slices on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
