Macadamia Candy

2 (3 oz) jars macadamia nuts

1 (20 oz) pkg white almond bark

3/4 cup flaked coconut

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Heat dry skillet and toast nuts until slightly golden. (Some brands of macadamia nuts are already toasted.) Set side. In a double boiler, melt 12 squares of the almond bark. As soon as the almond bark melts, pour in all ingredients and stir well. Place on wax paper on cook sheet, pour candy on wax paper and spread out. Refrigerate 30 minutes to set. Break into pieces.
