Christmas-Peppermint Candy
1 (20 oz) pkg white chocolate or white almond bark
1 cup crushed peppermint sticks
1 cup toasted slivered almonds
In a double boiler, melt chocolate and stir until creamy. Remove from heat and stir in crushed cookie sheet and let rest until firm. Cut into squares or break into pieces. Store tightly covered container.
