Teri's Butter Candy Corn Puffs
1 lb. butter
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup water
2 tbs. corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
2 bags corn puffs
Almonds
Bring 1st 4 ingred. to just before a soft ball stage. about 240°
Put corn puffis in a big bowl with how many almonds you would like usually just a small bag. When it reaches the desired temp add vanilla and stir then pour over puffs and keep stirring until it no longer sticks together.
May use popcorn instead of corn puffs
