Butter Creams

 

1 pkg. 8-oz. cream cheese

1/2 lb butter

2 lbs powered sugar

1 tsp vanilla

 

Cream the cream cheese and butter

Add sugar and vanilla and mix well

 

The longer you mix this, the creamier it gets.

 

Chill at least 2 hours. Shape into balls and cover them with chocolate.

Store in fridge.
