Eggnog Bundt Cake


  1 (18.25 oz.) box yellow cake mix
  1/2 cup chopped walnuts or almonds
  1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  2 eggs
  1 & 1/2 cups eggnog
  1/4 cup butter melted
  Confectioners' sugar (optional)
  Preheat oven to 350º F.
  Lightly butter a Bundt pan.
  Press nuts on bottom and sides of pan.
  Combine remaining ingredients and beat until smooth.
  Pour into pan and bake for 45-50 minutes until cake tests done.
  Cool 10 minutes.
  Remove from pan.
  Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar if desired
