1 1/2 cups sugar
6 T. flour
2 cans pineapple chunks (20 oz. each)
1 1/2 cups reserved juice
1 cup shredded longhorn or cheddar cheese
1 cup dry bread crumbs
Mix sugar and flour together. Add to pineapple and reserved juice and place in baking dish. Add cheese and mix thoroughly. Top with crumbs. Cover and bake at 350 until thick, about 30 minutes. Remove cover and brown crumbs for another 2 to 3 minutes. Source: Recipes from Jan's Cake and Candy Crafts
