> Bacardi Rum Cake
>
> Cake:
> 1 cup chopped pecans
> 1 yellow cake mix
> 4 eggs
> 1 small pkg instant vanilla pudding
> 1/2 cup cold water
> 1/2 cup oil
> 1/2 cup Barcardi Dark Rum
>
> Glaze:
> 1/4 pound butter
> 1/4 cup water
> 1 cup granulated sugar
> 1/2 cup Barcardi Dark Rum
>
> Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour bundt
> pan. Sprinkle nuts over the bottom of the pan.
> Mix remaining cake ingredients together and pour
> into pan over the nuts. Bake 1 hour. Cool. Prick
> holes in the top with a fork.

> For Glaze: Melt butter in a pan stirring in water and
> sugar. Boil 5 minutes stirring constantly. Remove
> from heat and stir in rum slowly. Drizzle and smooth
> glaze over top and sides. Allow time to absorb the
> glaze.
