Light Rye Bread

Light Rye Bread
1 1/2 pound loaf

Ingredients:

1    cup plus 2 tablespoons water
2 1/4    tablespoons honey
1 1/2     tablespoons canola oil
1 1/4    teaspoons salt
1 1/4    cups whole wheat flour
1    cup unbleached flour
3/4    cup rye flour
3    tablespoons vital wheat gluten, optional
1    tablespoon cornmeal
1    tablespoon caraway seed, or more
1 1/2    tablespoons whey, optional
2    teaspoons active dry yeast

Place all ingredients in your machines fully assembled pan in the order specified by manufacturer.  Select the Basic or White cycle and press start.
After the first 10 minutes of kneading check the dough and make any necessary adjustments.
