Corn Bread Quiche
1/2 cup yellow corn meal
Small can El Paso green chilies, chopped
3 eggs
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. corn
8 oz. creamed corn
1 cup cubed Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1 stick margarine, melted
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. Worcestershire sauce
2 T. shortening
Grease dish with shortening. (Use a 10" pie plate). Beat eggs and add remaining ingredients. Pour into quiche dish. Bake 1 hour at 350.
