Last Minute Turkey Chili

1 lb. ground turkey 15 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained 16 oz. can kidney beans, rinsed and drained 14-1/2 oz. can Mexican style stewed tomatoes 8 oz. can tomato sauce 1/2 cup beef stock or broth (or 1/2 cup water + 1 beef bouillon cube) 2 Tbs. chili powder 1 small red pepper, diced 1 small onion, chopped 1 jalapeno or serrano pepper, minced 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper brown meat in pressure cooker; drain. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and bring to high pressure. Reduce heat to stabilize and cook 5 minutes. Release pressure. Serve and enjoy!
