DIABETIC, LOW-FAT TURKEY LOAF

1/4 cup egg substitute 1/4 cup bread crumbs 2 Tbsp fresh parsley or 2 tsps. dried 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning or sage 1 tsp. Dijon-style mustard 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper 1 Tbsp fresh basil or 1 tsp. dry 1 lb. ground turkey 1/4 cup chopped onion 1 Tbsp low-fat yogurt 2 tsps. Dijon-style mustard Combine egg, crumbs, seasonings. Add turkey and onion, mix well. Press evenly into ungreased 8 x 5 loaf pan. Bake at 350 F for 35 minutes or until done. Mix sauce ingredients and spread over top before serving.
