2 cups cooked white rice (1/2 cup uncooked)
3 cups cooked turkey or chicken, cubed
2 cans (10.75 oz. each) condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cups each diced celery, crushed corn flakes
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 tbsp. salt
3 oz. sliced almonds
1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
Directions
In a 13x9x2" baking pan, combine rice, turkey, soups,
mayonnaise, celery, onion and salt. Sprinkle cornflakes, almonds and
melted butter on top. Bake at 350ยบ F. for 30 minutes.
