LEFTOVER TURKEY DISH

2 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. minced onion 1 tsp. green pepper 1/2 c. sliced celery 2 c. chopped turkey 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup 3/4 soup can milk Salt and pepper to taste Brown onion, green pepper, and celery in butter in heavy skillet. Simmer about 5 minutes, then add turkey, soup, milk, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer 20 minutes, stirring once in a while. May be served on hot biscuits, toast or buns. Very good!
