Turkey Platter Salad

1 lb. chopped cooked turkey or smoked turkey breast 2 ribs celery, sliced 1/2" thick 1/2 cup mayonnaise or Miracle Whip salad dressing 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper 8 cups mixed baby salad greens 1 medium orange, cut into wedges 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings 1/2 cup bottled raspberry vinaigrette 1/2 cup dried cranberries 1/2 cup broken walnuts, toasted In a medium mixing bowl combine turkey, celery, mayonnaise, and pepper. Cover and chill until serving time, if desired. To assemble, spoon turkey mixture onto a large serving platter. Place salad greens and orange wedges around the turkey mixture. Top greens with red onions. Drizzle raspberry vinaigrette over greens. Top turkey mixture and greens with cranberries and toasted walnuts.
