Italian Turkey Soup

2 turkey legs, cooked and deboned 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 green pepper , diced 1 small onion , diced 3 large cloves garlic, diced 1 tablespoon dried basil 2 teaspoons fennel seeds( I didnt add cuz didnt have any) 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper broth from the cooked turkey or 6 cups of cannned broth 1 can of diced tomateos 1 carrot, diced 2 medium zucchini, sliced 1 package of tortellini parmesean for serving Using the olive oil saute' the green pepper, onion, garlic and carrots. add to crock pot with the broth. add seasonings.cook on low all day.one hour before serving add the tortellini, the zucchini and the turkey pieces. check for doneness at 45 mnutes. serve with fresh grated parmesean on top and a good hearty bread. Smells wonderful!
