Turkey Meatballs And Gravy

Ingredients: 3 packages (12-ounce size) Italian-style turkey meatballs, thawed 1 can (10-3/4-ounce size) condensed cream of mushroom soup (low sodium works best) 1 cup water 1 envelope (0.95-ounce size) dry turkey gravy mix 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed Hot cooked whole wheat noodles (optional) Snipped fresh parsley Directions: Place thawed meatballs in a 3 1/2- or 4-quart slow cooker. In a bowl combine soup, water, gravy mix, and thyme. Pour over meatballs. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 6 to 8 hours or on high-heat setting for 3 to 4 hours. If desired, serve with hot cooked noodles. Sprinkle with snipped fresh parsley.
