1 tbs each chopped garlic and chopped gingerroot
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
2 tbs vegetable oil
16 oz pkg frozen veggie mixture
1/2 cup stir fry sauce
12 oz cooked turkey breast, sliced
8 oz pkg cooked brown rice
In skillet, cook first 3 ingredients in oil 1 min. Increase heat. Add veggies and cook 3 min. Add sauce and turkey and
cook 3 min. more. Heat rice according to package directions, spoon onto platter. Top with turkey mixture. GARNISH
WITH CHOPPED GREEN ONIONS.*
