Turkey Mushroom Melts

1 pound deli turkey, ham or roast beef, chopped in small pieces 8ounces fresh mushrooms, chopped in small pieces 1 pound shredded cheese of your choice 30 slices of bread 1 jar of pesto sauce Saute mushrooms in butter til done, stir in meat til warm. cool, mix with shredded cheese. Spread each slice of bread on one side with pesto sauce, fill two slices of bread with heaping tablespoon of cheese mixture and grill in forman grill for about 3 min. These can be eaten warm or at room temp.
