1/2 c.seedless grapes
3-4 Tbls.almonds
juice of 1/2 lemon
grated rind of 1/2 orange
1 c.mayonnaise
2 c.diced cooked turkey
1/2 c.sliced celery
Lettuce or endive leaves
1/2 tsp.paprika
Dip grapes first in boiling water for about 10 seconds,then in cold
water,peel.Quickly dip almonds in & out of boiling water,remove
skins,halve & brown in 350 degree oven for 2 minutes.
Add lemon juice & orange rind to mayonnaise.Toss turkey,peeled
grapes,celery & almonds in mayonnaise.
Arrange turkey mixture on lettuce or endive leaves.Sprinkle with
paprika,serve.
