Slow-Baked Beef Stew

1 1/2 lb. cubed stew beef 2 onions; quartered 8 oz. tomato sauce 5 carrots; cut in chunks 2 Tbsp. Tapioca 3-4 large potatoes, sliced Preheat oven to 250F. Mix together all ingredients, except potatoes. Pour into lightly greased 9x13" and place in casserole dish. Cover top with potatoes. Cover with foil and bake 4 hours. Serves 6.
