DATE YOGURT SMOOTHIE
1/2 cup chopped dates
1 banana, chopped, (about 1/2 cup)
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup crushed ice
Combine dates, banana slices, and orange juice in a blender and puree
until dates are finely chopped. Add yogurt and ice; blend until just combined.
